When do I pay?
The license fee is invoiced up front 1st of January each year.
Can I pay Monthly, Quarterly, or Half-year?
It is possible to pay on a monthly or quarterly basis if you prefer this. If you want to pay per month you need to add 20% to the standard cost, for the Quarterly payment it is 15% more, and for the Half-year it is 10% more.
Can I sign up for more than 1 year to save cost?
For long-term contracts like 3+ years, we offer a discount.
Is it possible to purchase a part of BMS e.g. the trade promotion module at a discounted price?
If you only need e.g. the trade promotion management module we can offer a special discounted price.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
At this moment, it is by invoice and bank transfer only.
All pre-paid payments are non-refundable.
How does the implementation work?
Effectmakers offers two different implementation methods: The Assisted implementation method and the Enterprise implementation method. Read more about the different implementation methods here.
Do you have an enterprise license option?
Of course. Contact us to speak with a sales representative about large installations.
What does the BMS license include?
Besides the license to your own BMS database, the license fee also includes support and BMS product updates.
How do you count users?
One user is an individual employee who has access to BMS either through the software or reports. You can always purchase more users if you need to.
Why do I need to purchase minimum 10 users?
It is our experience most companies requires at least 10 users to get started. This fact combined with economy of scale is the reason the site license comes with 10 users.
Any discounts for newly started companies?
Yes. We understand that a newly started company has many challenges and expenses and we would like to help you. Contact us for more information.
Why are you giving us a 2 month free trial?
We want you to be 100% happy before committing to Effectmakers and BMS.
All our BMS plans include a 2-months free trial.
If you decide to purchase BMS before the 2 months have ended you will still get the remainder of the 2 months for free.
How do I purchase interfaces?
Our system comes with some standard interfaces by default. It means that you are able to integrate BMS with the leading ERP solutions free of charge. To learn more about the standard interfaces, read the integration section of this document.
For custom made interfaces you get an implementation offer based on the project.
